Forgotten your username or password?

If this is your first time logging in, you can log in using your last name plus the last four digits of your social security number as your username, and "password" as your default initial password. You will be asked to change your password. If you choose, you may use the same password already created for Compliance360.

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password by email. Please click the "Please reset my password" button. (Note: this will only work if you already have your email address associated with your IHEAL account.) If the password reset does not work, please contact your facility's education department.
